Andrewsarchus

Andrewsarchus mongoliensis, a very interesting paleontological enigma. It is know only from an enormous, 83 cm skull and teeth.

Here, it is reconstructed according to its current classification, as a close relative of entelodontids (not as a mesonychid, as initially thought).
